1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

While we aim to meet the stated timeframes, unexpected delays may occur

2. SHIPPING FEE AND TIMES

Hong Kong- Orders all have flat rate of HKD30 and free shipping for orders over HKD1500.

Delivery time- 2-3 business days

Selected Asia Region- Orders all have flat rate of USD 15 and free over USD200.

Delivery time- 4-7 business days

We offer international shipping to selected countries at a fixed delivery fee of USD 30 and free for orders over USD 300

Delivery Time - 7-14 business days

3. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. DELIVERY ISSUES

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed.

6. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be automatically canceled due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

If this occurs, you will be notified by email and will not be charged for canceled items.

7. PRE ORDER ITEMS

Pre-ordering allows you to secure high demand products before they sell out

Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page; these dates are approximate and not guaranteed.

Full payment is charged at the time of purchase.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped separately at no additional cost. If you prefer one combined shipment, please contact our Customer Care team after placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We unfortunately do not accept or refunds. We will try to be open and review each case respectively. All requests must be submitted within 5 days upon order arrival.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchange requests in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g. torn fabric, discoloration, broken structure, etc.).
  • The item received is incorrect in design, color, or size compared to the confirmed order.
  • The customer would like to change the size of the product.

For size exchanges, customers will kindly cover both-way shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Please note:

  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
  • Items that have been tailored or altered upon request are not eligible for return or exchange.

All exchange requests - including those due to product defects or shipping errors - must be submitted within 5 days of order arrival.

We're unable to process requests beyond this period. Thank you for your understanding.

To be eligible for exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached.
  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt.
  • For defect claims, photos and an unboxing video are required.
    The unboxing video must be continuous, taken from the moment the sealed, unopened package is shown until the product is fully unboxed, and the defect must be visible at the time of unboxing.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation and instructions from our Customer Service team (2-3 working days)

Step 3: Pack and return the item to us as instructed within the next 5 days.

(We're unable to process returns beyond this period.)

Step 4: STAËL STUDIO receives and inspects the returned product (10-14 working days)

Step 5: STAËL STUDIO prepares and ships the replacement item (Within2-3 working days)

Step 6: Customer receives the new item, completing the exchange process (10-14 working days)

6. WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?

  • If the issue is due to a defect or mistake on our part,STAËL STUDIO will cover round-trip shipping.
  • For size exchanges or customer-initiated requests, you'll be responsible for two-way shipping and any customs duties. We'll calculate shipping cost before moving forward.

At STAËL STUDIO, each piece is thoughtfully made in very limited quantities and we don't keep a large number of stock. Each is limited to about 10-20 pieces. As a growing brand, we are still refining our operations and at this stage, we're not yet able to offer a full refund or return system.

That said, every order holds deep meaning for us. And while we don't offer returns or refunds as a general policy, we always keep our hearts open to reviewing special cases with care and understanding.
